A confirmation email showing your application number and electronic ID (EID) will be sent to your email address. Then use the EID and selected password to log in to your application account.
• Secondly, you will need to complete the application. You will have to click “Apply for New Program(s)”. Select “Application Type” (Bachelor’s degree) and “Semester” (Semester A, 2021/22), then select 1-3 (maximum) programs from the program list. Complete your online application and click “SAVE” before proceeding to the next section or logging off.

• Then finally, you submit your application. Ensure to cross-check the data entered before you submit the application. Pay the application fee online using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or UnionPay). The fee (HK$450 for a maximum of 3 program choices) is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Processing of your application will only start after payment of the application fee.

In addition to the application instructions, an acknowledgment of your application will be shown online upon submission of your application. A copy will also be sent to your registered email account. Your chosen programs will appear under “Submitted Application” in your application account.

Also, once you have submitted your application, the system will not allow you to enter new data except to update the following fields via your application account.

• Postal address, email address, and telephone number
• “Pending” grades in the “Public Examinations” section
• Your latest overall GPA/mark in your post-secondary studies in the “Post-Secondary Education” section
